We have various group classes throughout the week. More Info
Private sessions are one-on-one with Master Jonathan or you can arrange to workout with a friend. Private sessions allow Master Jonathan to customize the Kettlebell workouts based on your needs. For example, if you are interested in weight loss, your programs may be more based on cardio workouts, or if you are interested in sports than the program may be customized for explosive power, stamina, strength, and various other skills. Private sessions gives you 100% of Master Jonathan's attention. He can make sure your form is good and motivate you when you need it.
At this time, Master Jonathan Field is the only Level Two Certified Kettlebell Instructor in Northumberland County through Agatsu Inc.
Agatsu Inc. and its' president Shawn Mozen is the first to bring Russian Kettlebells to Canada and is the largest certification body in the country. Agatsu Inc. also certifies instructors all over the world. Their instructors are required to continuously improve their knowledge and teaching of Kettlebells and fitness in general as well as improving their own health and fitness.
