Our fitness kickboxing class is for teens and adults who want to get in shape, stay in shape & learn self defense while working out.

Our Fitness Kickboxing class consists of three parts.
Warm up doing various bodyweight and weighted exercises to warm up the body and to strengthen and tone the muscles.
Cardiovascular exercises using various pieces of martial arts equipment such as heavy bags to burn off the unwanted body fat and calories.
A cool down that uses flexibility and joint mobility exercises to help increase your range of motion, and decrease soreness in the muscles and joints
